That's all my computer does. beep - pause - beep - pause - beep.... (luckily I have access to another PC) So the problem? Go online and search through the lists and identify what KINDS of beeps your is computer using. Once you have that you are able to tell what is wrong. 2-1-3-1, 2-2-1-1, high pitch-low pitch, one beep continuously.... I didn't know the humble computer could tell you what is wrong through 'Morse code'. So the problem? Fucked if I know as 1-1-1-1 is nowhere on the list.
So it's off to the PC geeks and hopefully it's nothing major including the CPU or Motherboard. While I back up my files - they get backed up onto the other computer's hard drive. So now I'll have to remember to backup to a flash drive or CD. AHHHH!!!
